The Tesla “Model S,” was recently awarded “Car of the Year” by Automobile Magazine. Fully loaded at $97,900 it packs a wallop of performance:
0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds with a top speed of 130 mph plus it reduces the impact of carbon dioxide (CO2) on the environment by half.
According to the EPA, on average a regular passenger vehicle produces 5.1 metric tons of CO2 per year. Tesla Motors has not only created a higher-performing vehicle, it has built the Model S to be optimized for the environment.
