Brian Fisher is a Principal at AIQ, where he leads a team of procurement experts responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes.  AIQ provides a wide range of procurement consulting services, including spend analytics, supplier research, auction events, supplier negotiations, and contracting support.  Brian has held a variety of leadership roles across multiple industries in operations, procurement, offer management, and sales operations during his 25-year career.  He has also played a key role in structuring and negotiating some of the most complex telecom agreements in the industry.  Brian is passionate about helping clients achieve great outcomes with suppliers by using highly effective systems, processes, and strategies.
